Hermès Williamsburg Boutique seeks a temporary seasonal sales support associate to provide clerical and operational support across front and back-of-house functions from November through 30 December. Reporting to store management, the successful candidate will collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment through merchandise organization, point-of-sale wrapping, inventory management, and client service assistance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high-standard client service aligned with Hermès service protocols, including prompt greetings, assistance offerings, and professional wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team with merchandise preparation, including hanging stock, restocking shelves, and retrieving items from inventory
- Organize and maintain workstations and selling floors to optimize sales efforts, ensuring packaging materials, bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery are continuously stocked and displays remain pristine
- Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host functions as needed
- Support after-sales activities including repair logging, client contact, and active record maintenance
- Answer incoming calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage challenging situations with grace, compassion, and composure
- Capacity to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance

Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience preferred.
Education
