Hermès Williamsburg seasonal sales support associate position, NYC. Temporary role November–December 2026, $20–$22/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently high-standard client service aligned with Hermès service protocols, including prompt greetings, assistance offerings, and professional wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team with merchandise preparation, including hanging stock, restocking shelves, and retrieving items from inventory
- Organize and maintain workstations and selling floors to optimize sales efforts, ensuring packaging materials, bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery are continuously stocked and displays remain pristine
- Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host functions as needed
- Support after-sales activities including repair logging, client contact, and active record maintenance
- Answer incoming calls in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
