Hermès seeks a Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its Boston boutique to support front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience. The role runs from November through December 31 and supports client reception, hospitality, sales-floor and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs and direct or escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process, including hanging and returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and related items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing displays.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
