Hermès Beverly Hills seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for November–December retail operations at their flagship boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality client service aligned with Hermès standards, including warm greetings, assistance with inquiries, and professional wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team with merchandise operations, including hanging stock, retrieving items, restocking the sales floor, and maintaining the stockroom
- Organize and maintain workstations and the selling floor to optimize the sales environment, ensuring all packaging materials, bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery are consistently stocked
- Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host functions to maintain seamless client flow and experience
- Support After-Sales operations including repair logging, client contact management, and record maintenance
- Answer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner, providing appropriate customer service
Qualifications

Experience
