Hermès Atlanta boutique seeks Seasonal Sales Support Associate for temporary holiday role (Nov–Dec). $20–$23/hr. Atlanta, GA.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary client service consistent with Hermès standards, including warm greetings, attentive assistance, and expert wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support sales team operations by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock items, and maintaining organized stock room conditions
- Maintain selling floor presentation standards by organizing workstations, restocking merchandise and packaging materials (bags, boxes, ribbons, stationery), and ensuring floor-wide merchandise alignment
- Provide administrative and operational support to client services, concierge, doorperson, and greeter positions
- Manage after-sales functions including logging repair requests, contacting clients, and maintaining active service records
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, delivering courteous customer service throughout all interactions
- Execute all additional duties as directed by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of professional experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and client relationship management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented mindset with accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain composure and grace when managing challenging client situations
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Commitment to consistent in-person presence at the Atlanta boutique location
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of professional experience in retail operations, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is required. Prior exposure to luxury retail or high-end client service is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; some college or vocational training preferred.
