Hermès Frankfurt seeks seasonal sales associate for November–December. Student-focused role in luxury retail with focus on customer service and operations support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support customer reception and service delivery
- Assist with merchandise receiving, delivery verification, and product labeling
- Provide packaging support at the point of sale
- Support shipment preparation and fulfillment
- Replenish packaging materials on the sales floor
- Execute supplementary sales-support activities as required
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at a German university or higher education institution
- Available for seasonal work during November and December
- Willing to work Saturdays and at least one additional weekday (approximately 20 hours per week during lecture periods; more during lecture-free periods)
- Prior experience in a service-oriented retail environment is advantageous
- Demonstrates strong sense of responsibility, structured work methodology, and unwavering reliability
- Exhibits high service orientation, motivation, and professional engagement
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are valued
