Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience consistent with Hermès standards — welcome clients warmly, listen to needs, and advise with discretion and expertise.
- Present and promote the spirit and craftsmanship of Hermès creations across leather, fashion, beauty, home, horology and jewellery categories.
- Execute the full sales cycle: qualification, tailored recommendation, cross-selling of complementary products and professional closing of transactions.
- Adapt personal presentation and behaviour to the Hermès environment and multicultural clientele.
- Contribute to day-to-day store operations: maintain visual standards and cleanliness, participate in unpacking, tagging and merchandising tasks.
- Share enthusiasm with colleagues and support teammates; actively participate in team rituals and sales briefings to drive collective performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of successful retail sales experience; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Post-secondary education (Bac+2) or equivalent professional experience in sales.
- Professional, dynamic demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
- Commercial drive and appetite for targets and client development.
- Fluent English is essential to serve an international clientele.
