Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients on arrival and create a courteous, refined first impression of the store.
- Manage client flow: oversee in‑store queues, coordinate appointment schedules and accommodate walk‑in customers.
- Maintain accurate records of client appointments and promptly update any changes.
- Anticipate and respond to clients’ needs with discretion and generosity, ensuring a personalised experience.
- Proactively communicate with clients waiting outside when the store reaches capacity and manage expectations professionally.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills; polite, warm and professional customer approach.
- Proactive, calm and attentive manner when servicing clients.
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of a seasonal retail schedule (including weekends and peak periods).
- Beginners accepted; openness to on‑the‑job training for Hermès service standards.
