Hermès is seeking a Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate to provide clerical and client-facing support across front- and back-of-house boutique operations in Nashville. This temporary seasonal role begins in November and runs through December 31; the associate supports client reception, beverage service, sales-floor organization and stockroom preparation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate, supporting main-floor traffic.
- Provide beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Offer hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning items to the floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and other supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing items.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications

- Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance.
