Hermès seeks a Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Miami boutique to assist with front- and back-of-house operations, client hospitality, and sales-floor support. This temporary seasonal position begins in November and runs through December 31; rates are $20.00–$23.00 per hour, determined by role, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Provide beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales team by hanging and returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and sales floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing displays.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Collaborate with the sales and selling-support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
