Hermès seeks a Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Ala Moana Boutique in Honolulu. The role supports client hospitality, beverage service, sales-floor and stockroom operations, and clerical duties; it is a temporary, full-time position beginning in November and running through December 31.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services to clients, such as offering coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process, including hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing items.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
