Hermès seeks a Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Denver boutique to support front- and back-of-house operations, client hospitality and the sales team. This temporary position runs from November through December 31; pay is $22–$23 per hour, with the actual rate based on the role, location and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, assess their needs and direct or escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Provide beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Offer hospitable support, including bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team by hanging and returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery and related supplies stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing items.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
