Hermès is hiring a temporary seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Aventura boutique, with the role running from November through December 31. The associate supports client hospitality and front- and back-of-house operations, including greeting clients, beverage service, sales-floor support, and stockroom preparation. Pay is $20–$23 per hour, with actual rates based on the job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients on the main floor, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services to clients, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise standards by straightening and replenishing displays.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
