Hermès seeks a Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate for its Austin boutique, supporting client hospitality and front- and back-of-house operations alongside sales and store teams. This temporary seasonal role begins in November and runs through December 31; pay is $20–$22 per hour, with actual rates determined by role, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, identify their needs, and escort them to the appropriate sales floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to maintain beverage supplies.
- Provide hospitable services to clients, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and related items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation standards by straightening and replenishing the floor.
- Provide clerical support for front- and back-of-house boutique operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
