Hermès Austria seeks a Saturday Hosting & Client Service Assistant in Vienna — 2‑year fixed-term, part-time role from €448/month (8 hrs/week).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients; provide attentive front-of-house reception and hospitality on Saturdays.
  • Support client service and sales-adjacent activities to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Serve refreshments and manage customer hospitality with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist at the point of sale with packaging and till-area support.
  • Replenish and maintain packaging materials and presentation elements in the sales area.

Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education or apprenticeship.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented environment, preferably retail or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated reliability, responsibility and a structured, methodical approach to work.
  • Strong service orientation, high motivation and commitment to quality client care.
  • Very good German and English language skills; additional languages advantageous.

Experience
