Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintainability and continuous technical improvement of the SAP finance application landscape from requirements through operational deployment.
- Act as the technical referent for SAP developers, enforcing coding standards and development best practices (code reviews and audits).
- Contribute to the selection, parametrization and technical development of solutions; validate technical specifications and ensure architectural coherence.
- Identify technical improvement opportunities and propose pragmatic evolutions to optimise existing processes and reduce technical debt.
- Supervise and support testing phases (unit, functional, UAT) and organise secure, repeatable deployment processes.
- Manage and evolve CDS views and calculation views (maintenance, small enhancements, performance follow-up).
- Conduct technological watch on group-wide solutions and ensure alignment with corporate architecture and standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–6 years' experience as a technical expert within an IT department (DSI), ideally in a complex, international corporate environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Proven ability to lead developer teams, communicate with stakeholders and provide clear, service-oriented guidance (listening, diplomacy, assertiveness).
- Strong analytical mindset, rigorous methodology, synthesis skills and proactive approach to solution design and delivery.
- Solid functional understanding of SAP finance processes is an advantage.

Experience
At least 5–6 years as a technical expert within an IT organisation (DSI), with demonstrated responsibility on SAP finance-related projects in large or international companies; experience with dematerialisation solutions (OpenText VIM/DRC), technical governance, code audits, and end‑to‑end project delivery.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
