Hermès Madison Flagship Boutique seeks temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate in New York. November–December 30th, $20–$22/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, friendly greeting and assistance to clients, offering product information and support with wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and preparing the stockroom
- Organize workstations and selling floors to support sales efforts; maintain inventory of bags, boxes, ribbons, stationery, and packaging materials at all times
- Maintain merchandise standards on the selling floor through regular straightening, restocking, and presentation
- Assist Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host teams as needed
- Support After-Sales operations including repair intake logging, client contact coordination, and record maintenance
- Answer telephones in a timely manner with friendly and courteous customer service
- Execute all additional duties as assigned by store management
