Hermès seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate in Honolulu to support retail operations November–December 31st at $22–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service in accordance with Hermès service standards through prompt greetings, attentive assistance, and seamless point-of-sale support including wrapping and packaging
- Support the sales team with merchandising activities including hanging and organizing stock, retrieving merchandise, and maintaining the physical integrity of the stockroom
- Maintain optimal organization of workstations and selling floor by restocking supplies such as bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, and stationery, ensuring visual presentation standards
- Assist with Client Service, Concierge, Doorperson, and Greeter/Host functions to enhance the overall customer experience
- Provide administrative support for after-sales services including repair logging, client communication, and maintenance of service records
- Answer incoming calls in a timely, courteous manner while delivering appropriate customer service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workstation organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Emotional resilience and composure when managing challenging situations with grace and compassion
- Physical capability to lift 0–25 lbs without assistance
- Regular in-person availability at the Waikiki boutique location
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional retail or customer service training is beneficial.
