Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistently elevated service in alignment with Hermès standards, including prompt greetings, client assistance, and gift wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support sales team operations by hanging and returning merchandise, retrieving stock, and maintaining physical organization of the stockroom
- Organize and prioritize selling floor workstations and merchandise displays; maintain stock of bags, boxes, ribbons, note cards, and stationery to support sales efforts
- Assist with client service, concierge, doorperson, and greeter activities to enhance the boutique experience
- Support after-sales operations by logging repairs, contacting clients regarding service status, and maintaining active repair records
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner with appropriate customer service protocol
- Execute additional assigned duties as directed by store supervisor
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation with ability to cultivate positive client interactions
- Detail-oriented and organized with capability to prioritize competing tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to manage difficult situations with composure, grace, and compassion
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
