Hermès Dallas seeks a Seasonal Sales Support Associate for November–December. Hourly retail support role in luxury boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service in accordance with Hermès standards, including timely greetings, assistance offerings, and point-of-sale wrapping and packaging support
- Support the sales team through merchandise handling, stock retrieval, and stockroom organization and maintenance
- Organize and maintain workstations and selling floor displays to enhance the sales environment, ensuring all materials such as bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery are consistently stocked
- Provide assistance to client service, concierge, greeter, and doorperson functions as needed
- Support after-sales operations including repair logging, client contact management, and record maintenance
- Answer incoming calls promptly and deliver friendly, appropriate customer service
- Execute additional duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
