Hermès seeks a Temporary Seasonal Sales Support Associate for its Beverly Hills flagship boutique. The role supports front- and back-of-house operations and the client experience, including client greeting, hospitality, beverage service, merchandise handling, stockroom preparation, and selling-floor organization. The temporary role begins in November and runs through December 31; the pay range is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, with the actual rate based on the job, location, and individual experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate.
- Support beverage service in line with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitality services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Assist the sales team with the selling process by hanging and returning merchandise to the floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stockroom.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor; keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked; and maintain merchandise presentation through straightening and replenishment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
