Hermès Seasonal Sales Support Associate in Aventura, FL. Temporary November–December retail position offering client service and operations support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-caliber client service aligned with Hermès service standards, including welcoming clients, offering assistance, and providing expert gift wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Support the sales team with the selling process through activities such as merchandise hanging, stock retrieval, floor returns, and stockroom organization
- Maintain and organize workstations and selling floor inventory, including bags, boxes, stationery, and packaging materials, ensuring all items are available and retail standards are consistently met
- Provide support to client services, concierge, doorperson, and greeter/host functions across the boutique
- Assist the after-sales department with repair logging, client communications, and maintenance of active service records
- Answer incoming calls in a timely, courteous manner and direct inquiries appropriately
- Execute all additional duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and ability to work in a luxury retail environment
- Detail-oriented with meticulous attention to accuracy and presentation
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to remain composed and professional when handling challenging situations with grace and compassion
- Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
- Availability for full in-person presence at the Aventura boutique location
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of relevant retail, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or luxury service training is a plus.
