Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, conveying warmth, courtesy, elegance, and the cultural values integral to Hermès
  • Express enthusiasm for Hermès products and stories, communicating their artisanal added value to clients
  • Welcome clients warmly and develop sales while upholding the quality and service spirit synonymous with the maison
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and deliver exceptional personalized service to each client
  • Cultivate client loyalty and engagement through thoughtful communication; build and maintain a client base
  • Execute assigned opening and closing store procedures with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Achieve assigned sales goals and contribute to overall store performance targets
  • Maintain sales floor protocols for visual presentation, service delivery, and loss prevention
  • Uphold Group and subsidiary policies and procedures; maintain client privacy and company confidentiality
  • Actively engage in professional development opportunities and skill advancement

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in client-focused retail sales
  • Luxury retail or experience selling key categories such as Ready-to-Wear, Shoes, Watches, Leather Goods, or Jewelry (strongly preferred)
  • Professional, team-oriented demeanor with a positive and flexible approach
  • Ability to remain composed and even-tempered under pressure
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service and the ability to forge meaningful client connections
  • Proven passion for sales achievement and attainment of sales targets
  • Physical ability to stand, crouch, bend, and lift up to 20 kg

Experience

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in client-focused retail sales environments. The candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of sales achievement and an ability to build and maintain client loyalty.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent required; post-secondary education in retail management, business, or related disciplines is an asset.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 60,000 to CAD 105,000 per annum.
