Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized client service consistent with Hermès standards: prompt greeting, needs assessment, product presentation, and refined gift‑wrapping at point of sale.
  • Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets while contributing to boutique team goals and sales initiatives.
  • Manage point-of-sale transactions and CRM records accurately, ensuring detailed purchase history, SKUs, payment verification and follow‑up for after‑sales service.
  • Maintain the selling floor and stockroom to visual merchandising standards: replenishment, straightening, EAS tagging, ticketing and presentation of receipts and packaging materials.
  • Support inventory processes including preparation for physical inventory and participation in cycle counts as directed by management.
  • Adhere strictly to asset protection procedures (employee sign‑in, bag checks, key control, merchandise security) and report POS discrepancies promptly.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, efficient workstation and assist with operational tasks that support the client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience; previous luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships with impeccable verbal and interpersonal communication.
  • Highly organized, able to manage competing priorities and multitask in a fast‑paced boutique environment.
  • Self‑starter who can work independently and collaboratively within a team; open availability to meet boutique scheduling needs.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform routine stockroom and merchandising tasks.

Experience
