Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals while collaborating with the sales team to meet boutique-wide targets
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to support sales efforts and enhance client experience, ensuring inventory of bags, boxes, stationery, and related items is continuously stocked
- Maintain selling floor standards through regular straightening, restocking, applying electronic article surveillance (EAS) tags, and ticketing in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines
- Assist with inventory preparation as directed by management
- Process all transactions with accuracy, including receipts, customer relationship management (CRM) file entries, and post-sale administrative support
- Communicate POS discrepancies and variances to management by end of business day
- Comply with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in protocols, bag checks, merchandise security, and physical inventory cycles
- Ensure all products are properly tagged and ticketed throughout the boutique and back-of-house areas
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with Hermès service standards, providing prompt greetings, product assistance, and expert wrapping and packaging at point of sale
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the POS workstation and surrounding areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to accommodate business operational needs including varied scheduling
- Physical capability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance
Skills
Experience
2+ years of sales experience in a retail environment, with luxury retail background preferred. Experience with POS systems and customer-facing operations is beneficial.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or retail certification preferred but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26.50 to USD 28 per hour.
