Hermès Sales Specialist in Orlando, FL – retail luxury position combining client service, POS operations, and sales targets ($26–$28/hr).
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to collective boutique sales targets
- Organize and maintain the selling floor according to visual merchandising guidelines, including stock replenishment, EAS tagging, ticketing, and new merchandise receipt processing
- Provide inventory preparation support as directed by management
- Process all transactions with accuracy, including receipts, CRM file management (purchase history, SKUs, monetary payments, client verification), and after-sales service administration
- Communicate POS discrepancies, opening/closing variances, and transaction irregularities to management by end of business day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the POS workstation at all times
- Comply with all asset protection procedures including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, merchandise security protocols, physical EAS tagging, and proper ticketing of inventory
- Prepare and participate in monthly cycle counts and physical inventory activities as directed
- Deliver consistently high levels of service aligned with Hermès standards, including prompt, friendly greetings, offer of assistance, product knowledge sharing, and professional wrapping and packaging at POS
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (experience in a luxury environment preferred)
- Strong relationship development and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced retail environment
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Availability to accommodate variable business scheduling needs, including weekend and holiday shifts
- Ability to safely lift between 0–25 lbs. without assistance
Skills
Experience
2+ years of professional sales experience, with preferred exposure to luxury retail environments and understanding of high-end client service protocols.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or retail certification considered advantageous but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26 to USD 28 per hour.
