Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s collective objectives.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service consistent with Hermès standards, including greeting, product guidance, and packaging at point of sale.
- Process all transactions accurately and maintain CRM client files with meaningful purchase history, SKUs and payment verification.
- Maintain selling-floor standards: merchandising, replenishment, EAS tagging, ticketing, straightening and VM guideline compliance.
- Support inventory preparation and participate in physical inventory and monthly cycle counts as directed.
- Adhere to asset protection procedures (employee sign-ins, bag checks, key control, merchandise security) and report POS variances.
- Keep workstation clean and organised and provide administrative after-sales support when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships with impeccable verbal and written communication.
- Even-tempered multi-tasker who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in merchandising and transaction accuracy.
- Open availability to meet business needs and ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Experience
Minimum of 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrable record of meeting sales objectives and working within boutique operational standards.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary coursework or certification in retail, fashion, or customer service preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26.52 to USD 29.30 per hour.
