Hermès Nashville Sales Specialist – Luxury retail role offering $25–$27/hr with comprehensive benefits, commission, and professional development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to collective boutique targets
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to support sales efforts and client experience, ensuring consistent stock of all retail items including bags, boxes, and stationery
- Maintain visual presentation standards through floor arrangement, replenishment of new receipts following visual merchandising guidelines, physical EAS tagging, and ticketing
- Provide assistance with inventory preparation as directed by management
- Process all transactions accurately, including receipts, CRM file updates documenting purchase history, SKUs, and client verification, with administrative support for after-sales service
- Communicate with management regarding POS decisions and discrepancies during opening, closing, and periodic variance checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation at all times
- Comply with all asset protection procedures including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, merchandise security protocols, physical EAS tagging, and ticket verification
- Prepare for physical inventory and participate in monthly cycle counts
- Provide consistent high-level service to clients according to Hermès standards: prompt greeting, assistance offerings, product knowledge, and expert wrapping and packaging at point of sale
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Even temperament with demonstrated ability to multitask
- Self-starter who works independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong organizational abilities
- Open availability to accommodate business needs
- Ability to lift between 0–25 lbs without assistance
- Regular in-person work at company-designated location is an essential function
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within a luxury retail setting. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in customer relationship management, sales floor operations, and the ability to meet sales targets whilst maintaining service excellence.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 27 per hour.
