Hermès Sales Specialist in Miami, FL. Luxury retail position in an established boutique focusing on client service, sales targets, and asset protection.
Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual monthly and annual sales goals while contributing to collective boutique sales targets
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to support sales efforts and client experience, including stocking merchandise (bags, boxes, accessories) and replenishing new receipts according to visual merchandising guidelines
- Execute physical electronic article surveillance (EAS) tagging, ticketing, and inventory preparation as directed by management
- Process all transactions accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system, including receipts and CRM file entries that document purchase history, SKUs, and payment information
- Identify and communicate POS discrepancies and variances to management by end of business day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times
- Comply with all asset protection procedures including employee sign-in protocols, bag checks, merchandise security, and key control guidelines
- Prepare for physical inventory counts and participate in monthly cycle counts or as directed by management
- Deliver consistent, high-caliber service to clients within Hermès standards: prompt and friendly greetings, offer to assist, knowledgeable responses, and professional wrapping and packaging at point of sale
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs
- Capacity to lift between 0–25 pounds without assistance
Skills
Experience
2+ years of professional sales experience, with luxury retail experience preferred. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships in a retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; no additional formal education required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 28 per hour.
