Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s collective objectives.
- Deliver the Hermès standard of client service: prompt, discreet greeting; product advisory; and luxury packaging and after‑sales care.
- Manage point‑of‑sale activities accurately — process transactions, maintain CRM purchase records, and support after‑sales administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to visual merchandising standards: replenishment, straightening, stocking of consumables (bags, boxes, ribbon, stationery) and ticketing.
- Support inventory operations: prepare merchandise for counts, participate in monthly cycle counts and assist inventory reconciliation.
- Execute asset‑protection procedures: adhere to key control, bag checks, physical EAS tagging and merchandise security guidelines.
- Partner with management on POS discrepancies and daily variances; maintain a clean, organized workstation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional sales experience.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships with impeccable verbal and written communication.
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Open availability to meet business needs, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and to perform light manual tasks.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills
Experience
At least 3+ years of sales experience; prior work in a luxury retail environment strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, fashion, merchandising or a related field preferred but not mandatory.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26.52 to USD 29.30 per hour.
