Sales Specialist at Hermès Las Vegas Bellagio boutique—luxury retail position offering $25–$26/hr, comprehensive benefits, and commission incentives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales goals while collaborating with the team to support the boutique's collective sales targets
- Organize and maintain the selling floor according to visual merchandising guidelines, including straightening merchandise, replenishing inventory, and ensuring proper EAS tagging and ticketing
- Process all transactions accurately through the point-of-sale system, including receipts, CRM files documenting purchase history and client information, and administrative follow-up for after-sales service
- Communicate POS discrepancies and variances to management by end of business day, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the POS workstation
- Comply with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in protocols, bag checks, EAS tagging standards, and merchandise security guidelines
- Prepare for physical inventory counts and actively participate in monthly cycle counts as directed by management
- Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with Hermès standards, including prompt and friendly greetings, offer of assistance, and professional wrapping and packaging at point of sale
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Exceptional relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and attention to detail
- Self-directed initiative with capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Flexibility to accommodate business scheduling needs
- Physical capability to lift between 0–25 lbs. without assistance
Skills
Experience
2+ years of sales experience, with preference for luxury retail background. Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail training or certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 26 per hour.
