Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s collective objectives.
- Deliver Hermès-standard client service: prompt greeting, active assistance, expert product presentation and premium after‑sales support.
- Operate and reconcile POS transactions accurately; maintain detailed CRM records of purchases, SKUs and client interactions.
- Maintain selling-floor standards and visual merchandising (VM) guidelines: straightening, replenishment, tagging, ticketing and packaging.
- Comply with asset protection procedures including EAS tagging, key control, bag checks and participation in physical inventory and cycle counts.
- Support inventory preparation and back-of-house organisation; keep workstation and client-facing areas clean and orderly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive sales experience; prior luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and sustain client relationships with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment and work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Open availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales experience, with a track record of meeting sales targets; experience in a luxury boutique environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary education or retail-related certification is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 26 per hour.
