Hermès is hiring a Sales Specialist at Las Vegas Crystals (Las Vegas, NV) — full‑time luxury retail role focused on client service and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets while collaborating with the boutique team to meet collective objectives.
- Deliver the Hermès standard of client service: prompt, personalised greetings, product advice and premium packaging/wrapping at point of sale.
- Maintain the selling floor to visual merchandising standards: restocking, straightening, ticketing, EAS tagging and replenishment of supplies (boxes, ribbon, note cards).
- Process all transactions accurately using POS systems, update CRM files (purchase history, SKUs, client verification) and support after-sales administration.
- Prepare and assist with inventory operations including cycle counts and physical inventory preparation.
- Comply with asset protection procedures: key control, bag checks, tagging guidelines and reporting of discrepancies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstation and retail areas at all times.
- Communicate POS variances or operational discrepancies to management at close of business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (luxury retail experience preferred).
- Proven ability to develop lasting client relationships and strong verbal communication skills.
- Even-tempered, able to multitask in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
- Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to team objectives.
- Strong organisational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience; prior experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or a degree in business, retail, hospitality or a related field is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 26 per hour.
