Role & Responsibilities
- Meet individual monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to the boutique's collective objectives.
- Deliver Hermès-standard client service: prompt greeting, needs-based consultation, after-sales support and premium packaging at point of sale.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and maintain complete, accurate transactional and CRM records; support administrative after-sales processes when required.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor to visual merchandising standards, including replenishment, ticketing, EAS tagging and presentation.
- Support inventory activities and physical counts, prepare merchandise for cycles and assist with inventory procedures.
- Adhere to asset protection protocols (bag checks, key control, merchandise security) and report POS variances to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and POS area at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience; previous luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and deliver high-calibre, personalized service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an even temperament and strong multitasking ability.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Open availability to meet business needs and ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with prior exposure to luxury retail strongly preferred; experience managing POS and CRM records is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, hospitality or customer-service certification a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 27 per hour.
