Hermès — Sales Specialist (Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY). Full-time boutique role delivering luxury client service, POS/CRM accuracy and sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s collective objectives.
- Deliver exemplary client service consistent with Hermès standards: prompt greeting, needs assessment, product presentation, and assistance with wrapping/packaging.
- Maintain the selling floor and visual presentation to boutique standards, including replenishment, straightening, ticketing and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process all transactions accurately and maintain CRM client records, receipts, SKUs and after‑sales administrative tasks.
- Partner with management to report POS discrepancies and reconcile variances at opening/closing.
- Comply with asset protection procedures (sign-in sheets, bag checks, key control, EAS tagging) and participate in inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts.
- Support inventory tasks and back‑of‑house organisation as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in a luxury or premium retail environment preferred.
- Proven relationship-building ability and exemplary verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to multitask in a high‑volume retail setting and to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong organisational aptitude and attention to detail.
- Open availability to meet business scheduling needs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.

Experience
Minimum of three years of professional sales experience; luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework in business, retail or a related field is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26.52 to USD 29.30 per hour.
