Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to boutique-wide sales targets through collaborative teamwork
  • Organize and maintain the selling floor according to visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring adequate stock of merchandise, packaging materials, and supplies at all times
  • Prepare and support inventory procedures, including physical inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management
  • Process transactions accurately, including receipts, CRM file maintenance with purchase history detail and SKUs, payment processing, and post-sale service administration
  • Communicate POS discrepancies to management during opening, closing, and general variance reconciliation by end of business day
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the point-of-sale workstation throughout all shifts
  • Execute asset protection procedures including employee sign-in protocols, bag checks, physical EAS tagging verification, and merchandise security guidelines
  • Ensure all products are properly ticketed on the sales floor, in back-of-house areas, and on merchandise returns
  • Provide consistent, warm client service aligned with Hermès service standards: prompt greeting, attentive assistance, product information, and professional wrapping and packaging at point-of-sale

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and even-tempered while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-starter with capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Flexible availability to accommodate business operational needs
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing 0–25 lbs without assistance

Experience

2+ years in sales, with experience in a luxury environment preferred. Candidates should demonstrate competence in fast-paced retail operations, cash-handling accuracy, and high-standard customer service delivery.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training is a plus but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 26.51 to USD 30 per hour.
