Role & Responsibilities

  • Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while contributing to boutique-wide targets
  • Organize and prioritize the selling floor; stock all items including bags, boxes, ribbons, and stationery; ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines; apply physical EAS tagging and ticketing
  • Provide inventory preparation support as directed by management
  • Process all transactions with precision, including receipts, CRM file entries, and after-sales service administration
  • Partner with management on POS decisions and communicate discrepancies by end of business day
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation at all times
  • Comply with all asset protection procedures including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, EAS tagging protocols, and merchandise security guidelines
  • Prepare for physical inventory and participate in monthly cycle counts as directed
  • Deliver prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable client service in accordance with Hermès service standards
  • Provide assistance with wrapping and packaging at point of sale

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales
  • Experience in a luxury environment preferred
  • Strong relationship development and communication skills
  • Even-tempered with ability to continuously multi-task
  • Self-starter capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Availability to accommodate business needs
  • Ability to lift 0–25 lbs. without assistance

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 25 to USD 26 per hour.
