Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Special Sales in planning and executing the annual donation operation (end of August): manage invitations, procure vendors and equipment, produce installation plans and participant briefs, coordinate onsite installation and welcome participants, and compile a post-event report.
- Prepare and support physical special sales (Q3 and recurring employee/external events): create and maintain operations calendars, manage invitations, define sales-floor layouts and commercial activations with external suppliers, formalise internal organisation and briefs, and coordinate sales-team schedules with the temp agency.
- Coordinate vendors, suppliers, internal stakeholders and sales teams during events; manage a portion of the sales floor and contribute to detailed event debriefs.
- Provide ongoing support to Customer Service and After‑Sales in collaboration with the digital sales team: participate in customer-service shifts, assist with after‑sales case management through dedicated tools, and follow up on employee gift requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled at master level in a business school or university (commerce, management or related discipline).
- Strong interest in e‑commerce and retail operations.
- Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
- Highly organised, rigorous, with strong prioritisation, anticipation and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine service orientation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong command of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Prior experience in e‑commerce or retail events is a plus.

Master-level student; practical experience in retail operations, e‑commerce or event coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's-level student in Business, Commerce, Management or a related field.
