Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation and operational follow‑up of online employee sales (France & Europe) including 3–4 campaigns per year.
- Maintain and enrich digital product catalogues: update descriptions, visuals, categorizations and related metadata.
- Assist with organisation of photo shoots and ensure assets are delivered and integrated into the catalogue.
- Participate in site acceptance testing and operational QA to verify product pages, categorizations and user flows.
- Validate HR data and campaign parameters prior to launch and contribute to operational testing of the site.
- Prepare and update minutes for weekly follow‑up meetings with cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Contribute to customer service and after‑sales processes: follow up collaborator gift requests, manage after‑sales dossiers via the dedicated tool and support e‑commerce customer inquiries.
- Create and format communication and training materials (newsletters, user guides, training documents) for internal audiences.
- Maintain and analyse a historical database of past sales (sales figures, sell‑through, returns) to support continuous improvement and campaign reconciliations.
- Plan and prepare post‑mortem presentations and organise campaign files and data for efficient reconciliation.
- Provide operational support on physical sales events in the field according to the campaign calendar.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master’s programme (business school, engineering school or university) — alternance/work‑study contract.
- Strong interest in e‑commerce and retail operations.
- Excellent written communication skills in French and English.
- Highly organised, rigorous, with a strong sense of priorities and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
- Prior internship or first experience in e‑commerce is a plus.
