Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively present on the sales floor to directly drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Provide in-the-moment coaching and monthly formal performance feedback to sales associates, ensuring continuous results, standards adherence, and professional development
  • Train and motivate the sales team, foster team spirit, and create a positive environment aligned with sales objectives and service delivery standards
  • Serve as a role model during client interactions and embody Hermès brand values
  • Establish and maintain a welcoming retail environment consistent with company standards and brand positioning
  • Conduct daily team briefings to promote open communication, continuous learning, and team motivation
  • Attract, develop, and retain high-value clients for the boutique

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Provide direct assistance to sales associates throughout the selling process and in sales floor operations
  • Plan and coordinate sales floor scheduling to optimize associate coverage, client service, and loss prevention
  • Recruit, interview, and hire sales associates; lead onboarding and team integration initiatives
  • Partner strategically with Store Leadership and Operations to ensure all Hermès guidelines and performance objectives are achieved or exceeded

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–10 years of progressive retail management experience
  • Demonstrated track record of exceptional customer service and superior sales results
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop employees effectively
