Role & Responsibilities

  • Assimilate Hermès’ retail standards and adapt to a multicultural clientele.
  • Greet and welcome customers with attentiveness and availability.
  • Develop listening and questioning techniques to identify client needs.
  • Communicate and embody the spirit and story of Hermès creations.
  • Support sales development by recommending products and complementary items under team guidance.
  • Contribute to the sales process through to transaction completion with assistance from experienced colleagues.
  • Provide operational support and actively participate in the daily life of the store team.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school program at Bac+3 level (or equivalent) and available for an internship from June to the end of August.
  • Audacious, dynamic and comfortable working across an expanded sales floor.
  • Warm, generous client approach with strong interpersonal presence.
  • Exemplary conduct, humility and readiness to learn from the team.
  • Digitally literate and agile with modern communication tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

Beginners accepted; suitable for students without prior professional retail experience. Previous customer-facing experience is a plus but not required.

Education

Enrolled in a Bac+3 level business or commerce program (or equivalent).
