Hermès Perfumes: 6-month internship in sales forecasting and demand planning, Paris 8th. January–June 2027.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute monthly sales forecasting over 18-month horizons for assigned product franchises using DSCP ERP statistical tools, covering global markets
  • Prepare documentation and lead participation in monthly Europe and APAC convergence meetings, engaging all 11 market stakeholders
  • Manage market interrogations for novelties, promotional gift sets, and limited editions for S1 2028 in collaboration with the 360-degree integrated planning initiative
  • Analyze and challenge market forecast returns to identify variances and escalate to supply chain and procurement for arbitrage decisions
  • Develop automated PowerBI dashboards in collaboration with the Data Analytics team to enhance forecast accuracy and process efficiency
  • Support catalog market interrogations for POSM (Point of Sale Material) across S2 2027 and 2028
  • Establish and document new reporting processes aligned with organizational forecasting frameworks

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of demonstrated professional experience in analytical roles such as demand planning, management control, supply chain, or business analysis
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Business School, Engineering program, IAE, or equivalent university-level curriculum
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated competency in PowerPoint; prior PowerBI exposure is valued
  • Strong analytical mindset with particular interest in supply chain dynamics and information systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a collaborative, matrix environment
  • Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)

Experience
