Role & Responsibilities
- Build, update, analyze, and communicate key reporting for sales forecasting activities and strategic decision-making
- Construct and monitor sales forecasts for a portfolio of product references, including monthly forecast reviews and analysis for each market
- Master the forecasting software and statistical tools (DSCP system) used across the organization
- Organize and manage forecasts for product launches through market consultation campaigns, developing forecast support tools for markets
- Analyze and challenge market returns in support of forecasting teams
- Dimension future product launches across product categories in collaboration with collection development teams
- Create reporting and dashboards for markets, supply chain, and management committees covering product availability, forecast reliability, and revenue evolution
- Extract and monitor essential databases supporting sales history, forecasts, inventory, supply, and order portfolios
- Identify improvements and automation opportunities across forecasting processes
Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a Business School, Engineering, University degree, or equivalent program
- Successful prior internship or apprenticeship experience, ideally in the Perfumes or Cosmetics sector
- Fluent English language skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-directed, methodical, and well-organized approach to complex tasks

Experience
Successful completion of at least one prior internship or apprenticeship in a commercial, planning, or analytical role is preferred; experience within the Perfumes, Cosmetics, or Luxury Goods sectors is advantageous but not required.
Education
Undergraduate enrollment in or completion of a business school, engineering school, university degree program, or equivalent qualification.
