Hermès Parfum Beauté internship in Paris: Six-month sales development and retail support role for French/Benelux markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly sell-in analysis (revenue and invoicing) for France and Benelux clients against predefined KPIs in collaboration with retail account managers
- Present key performance highlights to the team and prepare sell-out analyses for the top three French retailers to inform action plans
- Monitor annual product launches and track stock levels and supply disruptions across distribution channels
- Manage new product referencing processes for French retailers and oversee promotional support tools (testers, free samples, etc.)
- Develop merchandising plans following assortment negotiations and compile merchandising alerts to ensure brand compliance and maximize in-store visibility
- Monitor digital distribution across all retailers and manage the process of opening and closing retail locations with cross-functional coordination
- Prepare analyses and materials for strategic account management meetings covering sell-in metrics, market share, and product line performance
- Create and maintain operational tools and communications (software platforms, weekly newsletters) for field teams to ensure Hermès strategy implementation
- Track stock levels and product referencing accuracy on e-retail platforms and assist with retail event organization
Qualifications
- Student enrolled in a Grande École de Commerce, IAE, or equivalent university program
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
- Prior commercial or analytics-focused internship or work experience (six months minimum)
- Strong numerical aptitude and data analysis capabilities
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and synthesis ability

Experience
A minimum of six months of prior internship or professional experience in a commercial or analytical role is strongly preferred. Beginner candidates are considered.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a Grande École de Commerce, Institut d'Administration des Entreprises (IAE), university business program, or equivalent institution.
