Hermès Asia Pacific — Hong Kong: Sales Delegate, Perfume & Beauty. Support Area Manager across travel retail, stores and e‑commerce; lead openings, training and clienteling.
Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Area Managers to define annual commercial strategies across sell-out, rankings, competitor analysis, stock levels and product performance.
- Set, cascade and monitor monthly sales targets across airports, stores and travel retail channels; report progress and initiate corrective actions.
- Lead and coordinate store openings, refits and in-store implementations to ensure punctual, high-quality execution.
- Optimize product assortment and visual merchandising to maintain a consistent premium brand image aligned with global directives.
- Design, implement and support 360° activation plans for peak periods and new launches in coordination with marketing and retail teams.
- Deliver and oversee Hermès training programmes for beauty advisors, in-house and agency staff; own the annual training calendar and incentive schemes.
- Manage agency partnerships, including budget follow-up, commission reviews and performance oversight.
- Act as the operational link between head office and field teams by consolidating sales reports, competitor insights, trends and opportunities.
- Organize and host store visits and market reviews for head office stakeholders; monitor staffing and promotion budgets.
- Ensure full compliance with client agreements, brand policies and Hermès’ values at point of sale.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in perfumes & cosmetics or a luxury retail environment, ideally with travel retail exposure.
- Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin; proficiency in French or another Asian language is an advantage.
- Proven ability to design and deliver retail training and incentive programmes.
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset with demonstrated results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; entrepreneurial spirit and ability to influence across functions.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.

Experience
Minimum three years of progressive experience in perfumes & cosmetics or luxury retail, with demonstrated exposure to travel retail, store openings, training delivery and cross‑channel commercial planning.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business management or a relevant discipline.
