Hermès Turin: Sales Associate (Temporary) for boutique, full-time 6–7 months. Italian & English fluency required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and support customers across all product categories to meet client needs and deliver a seamless omnichannel experience
- Engage in brand storytelling and product narrative to develop client relationships and drive sales through consistent, high-quality service
- Provide comprehensive customer support, including pre-sale consultation and after-sales product care guidance
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through systematic client discovery and personalized attention to foster loyalty and long-term relationships
- Collect and update client data in compliance with privacy policies and company procedures
- Actively participate in customer events and retail animations as required
- Maintain current product knowledge including new launches, pricing, and stock availability
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language considered an advantage
- Professional experience in direct client sales, preferably in a luxury goods boutique
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally with a fashion or linguistic focus
- Proficiency with Excel and IT tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong customer service orientation
- Team player mentality with ability to work autonomously
- Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, and strong aesthetic sensibility

Experience
Experience in direct sales to clients, preferably in a luxury goods boutique environment. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and develop a customer portfolio is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferably, but not mandatory, with a focus on fashion or linguistics.
