Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all sales activities in store in accordance with Hermès standards of image and service excellence worldwide
- Identify customer needs, cultivate client relationships, execute sales transactions, and deliver comprehensive post-sales services
- Achieve sales targets whilst maintaining elevated levels of customer service, product knowledge, and operational procedure adherence
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships through exceptional service experiences and personalised client engagement
- Proactively engage walk-in customers and maintain key performance indicator targets for customer acquisition and retention
- Support inventory management and assist with special projects as directed
- Collaborate effectively within a diverse and inclusive team environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail management or operations experience within luxury brands or equivalent capacity
- Demonstrated commitment to serving as a Hermès Ambassador with a strong motivation to deliver excellence
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese; English language competency is advantageous
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and collaborative mindset
