Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client experience aligned with Sales & Service Ambassador guidelines through the Orange Box Ceremony and Hand Rituals
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling with current and potential customers
  • Handle complex client concerns including exchanges, returns, and after-sales services according to store protocols
  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support with repair assessments and accurate documentation
  • Capture and record client information through POS and CRM systems with precision
  • Communicate in-store feedback and insights to store management
  • Maintain meticulous visual merchandising and housekeeping standards on the retail floor
  • Organize and maintain back-of-house stock areas for efficient inventory management
  • Contribute to métier performance tracking and accurate stock-take results
  • Train team members and new joiners on product launches and métier expertise
  • Demonstrate mastery of care protocols and after-sales procedures, encouraging team excellence
  • Uphold Hermès Australia Personal Etiquette and representation guidelines with elegance
  • Foster positive teamwork and provide proactive support to colleagues and ambassadorship initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment highly advantageous
  • Full working rights within Australia
  • Availability to work a 7-day roster including weekends
  • Comprehensive product knowledge in Hermès métiers and craftsmanship
  • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
  • High standards of personal presentation and grooming
  • Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Demonstrated passion for luxury goods and artisanal craftsmanship
