Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily store operational duties and maintain store standards consistent with Hermès brand image
  • Drive sales activities across assigned métiers (product categories) and execute sales plans
  • Deliver exceptional client service, identify customer needs, and develop meaningful client relationships
  • Maintain and communicate with all clients regarding new products, services, and store updates
  • Address and resolve client enquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Participate in in-store animations and communications events
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to store management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by store management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail, or equivalent role
  • Fluent in English; additional languages highly desirable
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proficiency with computer and mobile device applications

Experience
