Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operational duties and maintain store standards consistent with Hermès brand image
- Drive sales activities across assigned métiers (product categories) and execute sales plans
- Deliver exceptional client service, identify customer needs, and develop meaningful client relationships
- Maintain and communicate with all clients regarding new products, services, and store updates
- Address and resolve client enquiries and concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Participate in in-store animations and communications events
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to store management
- Perform additional duties as assigned by store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail, or equivalent role
- Fluent in English; additional languages highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency with computer and mobile device applications
- Embodiment of Hermès brand values and commitment to brand ambassadorship
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of professional experience in luxury fashion retail, high-end fashion, or an equivalent sales-focused capacity demonstrating proven success in client engagement and sales achievement.
Education
Secondary education (or equivalent) minimum; tertiary education in Business, Hospitality, or Fashion/Luxury Studies preferred but not essential.
