Hermès Singapore (Marina Bay Sands) is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to join its boutique retail team in Singapore.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute all daily store operational duties to maintain boutique standards and presentation
- Drive sales activities for assigned métiers (product categories) and achieve individual targets
- Deliver exemplary client service and cultivate long-term relationships through personalized attention and follow-up
- Identify customer needs, provide informed product advice and manage post-sale services
- Inform clients proactively about new products, services and relevant brand events
- Handle client enquiries and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism
- Participate in in-store activations, communications events and execute sales plans
- Collect and communicate client and market feedback to store management; perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury retail or a comparable sales role
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver personalized service
- Team-oriented demeanour that reflects the House's values, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Service-oriented temperament and genuine enjoyment of creating lasting client connections
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in luxury or high-end fashion retail, with exposure to specific product categories and in-store sales operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma or certification in retail, fashion, hospitality or a related field is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
