Hermès Singapore (Marina Bay Sands) seeks a Sales Associate to deliver luxury client service and drive in‑store sales in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily boutique operations at the Marina Bay Sands store, ensuring the sales floor reflects Hermès’ brand standards and visual identity.
  • Deliver exemplary, bespoke customer service: identify client needs, develop long‑term relationships and provide attentive post‑sale care.
  • Proactively engage current and prospective clients through outreach and in‑store activities to drive sales and loyalty.
  • Execute sales plans and participate in marketing events, promotions and clienteling initiatives to achieve targets.
  • Record and communicate client feedback and market intelligence to store management to inform merchandising and service improvements.
  • Handle client enquiries and concerns with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support store performance and team objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in high‑end fashion, luxury retail or a comparable client‑facing role.
  • Proven selling skills with a demonstrable passion for fashion and appreciation for premium products.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; service‑oriented and a collaborative team player.
  • Basic computer literacy for point‑of‑sale systems and client database maintenance.
